 At our clinic, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of all medications prescribed for your pet.

After careful consideration, we would like to inform you of an important change to our prescription policy. Effective immediately, our clinic will no longer approve or authorize medication requests submitted through third-party or online pharmacies.

This decision has been made to ensure the quality, proper storage, and authenticity of medications, as well as to maintain accurate medical records and provide appropriate guidance regarding your pet’s treatment. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the handling and sourcing practices of outside pharmacies, which may put your pet’s health at risk.

We will continue to offer prescriptions directly through our clinic and our online pharmacy found at Butlerclinic.vetstreet.com.  If you prefer to use an outside pharmacy, we are happy to provide you with a written prescription that you may submit independently.

We understand this change may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of your pet. If you have any questions or need assistance with your pet’s medications, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
