Walk-In Policy Update

To better serve our patients and ensure timely care for those in urgent need, our clinic will be adjusting our walk-in policy effective immediately.

We will now only accept walk-in appointments for sick pets and medical emergencies. This change allows our medical team to prioritize patients who require immediate attention and provide the highest quality care possible.

For all wellness exams, routine vaccinations, , and non-urgent concerns, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment in advance. This helps us minimize wait times and ensures that each patient receives the time and care they deserve.

Walk-in patients will be triaged based on the severity of their condition. Please note that wait times may vary, and critical cases will always be seen first.

If you are unsure whether your pet’s condition is urgent, please call our office and our team will be happy to guide you.
