NEW WALK IN HOURS

Please know that our walk in policy has changed.  Due to staff and Doctor shortages we will no longer be able to accept walk in's.  If your pet needs to be seen please call our office at 865-531-7311 or email us at Butleraccounting@comcast.net.  We will try to fit in any sick pets or emergencies but will no longer be able to accept vaccination/annual visits as walk in's.  
We also can not accept new patients as a walk in visit at this time.  We will accept new patients on an appointment only basis.  
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please call our office if you have questions about our new policy or if you feel your pet needs to be seen as an emergency.  

All routine visit such as vaccinations and wellness exams will have to be by appointment only until further notice.
